who we are

Climb 4 Climate is a non-profit organization that’s about breaking barriers to a greener world and having fun doing it. We unite thousands of stair climbers in stadiums nationwide, raising funds to combat climate change. Join the movement, bring your friends, and let’s climb toward a brighter future. Together we can make a difference and leave a legacy of sustainability to generations to come.

How it all began

Climb 4 Climate is the vision of two successful business people, who share a vision to leverage the power of community, uniting people of all ages and abilities to climb stadiums and raise money for climate change organizations.

Mission

Climb 4 Climate will have a national impact in the fight against climate change by motivating active people to raise funds through stair-climbing events. No one person can fix climate change. With the generous support of climate-forward brand sponsors and donors, climber raised funds are directed to the most immediate and measurable means of stemming climate change.

Our values

We lead with integrity, accountability, and transparency.

We are dedicated to creating meaningful change.

We work together to achieve more.

We care about our health, our community, and our environment.

Our Impact

Our volunteer Climate Advisory Board (CAB) will guide the direction of funds raised by climbers to fight climate change. Their charge is allocating funds to uses that will have a measurable and immediate impact on reducing climate change. Each member of the CAB represents a diversity of skills and knowledge, bringing years of experience in their respective area of climate expertise. The CAB members will be given an allocation amount, the amount the climbers have raised or are projected to raise in the coming months. CAC staff and management will accept the CAB’s allocation decisions and act on them with the approval from the Board of Directors. Members are not compensated for their involvement.
